Bieber was in Toronto on tour in August and November of last year.
Before he was puttin’ the moves on Selena Gomez, it seems Justin Bieber was getting “friendly” with one of his many “fans” in Toronto!!
According to ZackTaylor.ca reader who sent in the above photo, “Justin and my friend Michelle kissed behind the Four Seasons Hotel downtown a few months ago while he was in town for a concert. I didn’t feel right about releasing it before, but now its fine cuz its been a while.”

It’s not clear who kissing who, but from the picture, looks like the woman is eating Justin’s face.
